Amazing - could not recommend more!
One of the absolute highlights of our trip!! Thank you to Roy (our guide) and Alex (our driver) for a spectacular excursion in Downtown Cancun. This tour is a great way to get a little taste of different local cuisines without having to do a ton of research on your own and figure out your own transportation. I doubt we would have found these places on our own. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cancun, especially those staying at a resort and looking to experience something a little more "real" Despite booking at the last minute (the evening before) we got a quick response from the company confirming our spot and pickup time the next morning. We got picked up from our hotel right on time, and Alex drove us into town to all the spots. Great communication and timing all around. We ended up being the only two people on the tour, which was great because we really got a chance to chat with Roy (who is lovely!) and things were able to be more tailored - for example, we told Roy we were big coffee drinkers and he ended up grabbing us an cup of cafe de olla, which was ridiculously delicious! The food overall was incredible - way better than anything we had on our trip. Great authentic experience
We loved our cooking class with Diego. It was very hands on, he explained everything carefully and answered all of our questions. Excellent family fun!!

Great taste of Cancun
This was an excellent tour with amazing food. Our guide G was personable and knowledgable. You could tell he is very proud of his home city, Cancun. The variations of tacos was very interesting and we loved being welcomed to the 4 restaurants. Fantastic Tour
First our guide and driver were amazing. G was so knowledgeable and Alex keeps us safely on the road. The tacos we ate were fantastic . Very flavorful and a drink at every stop. Tacos, beer, and a great guide—a fun combo
The trip was fun! Our main guide, Diego, was informative, friendly, and helpful. We got picked up from our hotel which was near the airport, then driven around to various Taquerias. A Fun and Yummy Excursion!

Great way to get some traditional Mexican food with a knowledgeable tour guide, and to see some of the city you might otherwise
Did the day time food and street art tour with Alex driving and G giving the tour. It was amazing! G was knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and put up with my terrible attempts at Spanish. He knew the history of the foods and of the places we were visiting, and the hints to make the best of the meals. The places he took us all felt extremely authentic and the food was devine. Though I recommend going overboard on the habanero sauce with the carnitas - the meat is really soft but also very dense, so when you split it into two wraps, my sauce all went with one and the other was just the meat sans sauce! The art was an excellent final stop, beautiful street art and interesting themes and inspiration. Market was interesting and if I could have taken kilos of dried chillies home with me, I would. Great way to see a different side of Cancun and to learn to make delicious Mexican food.
We really enjoyed this food tour! Diego, our instructor and guide was open & friendly, taking time to answer any and all questions, food-related or not. Alex, our driver, held down the fort while we shopped and cooked. We had a tour around the market, which was active and interesting, and then we all went to a local restaurant for the cooking class. We made tortillas, sopas, enchiladas, quesadillas, salsa, and rice pudding, and then sat together to enjoy our feast. We met some very nice people, too. Awesome Tour
Our guide, Diego was awesome! Our driver was great as well (unfortunately I do not remember his name). The food was awesome and Diego gave a great explanation of what to expect prior to arriving to each spot. He was kind, knowledgeable, and open to answer any questions at any time. So glad we booked this tour and Diego was our guide. Highly recommend!!!
